Gulf Ready Mix opened in 2015 with a single plant, a handful of mixers, and a promise that would define every year since — when we tell you 06:00, the first truck is at the gate at 05:55.
A decade on we've poured over 1.2 million cubic metres into the towers, villas, marine structures, and infrastructure reshaping Abu Dhabi. We doubled our capacity, triple-stacked certifications, and rebuilt our procurement stack around AI — but the operating principle hasn't moved an inch.
Today GRM is a team of mix designers, plant operators, dispatch engineers, and product builders, all pointed at the same target: removing every last minute of friction between a contractor's pour schedule and a compliant, high-strength delivery.
